A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING

This shopping cart adds shipping charges on a per-item basis, not by weight.

INTERNATIONAL AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING:  Our online order form cannot calculate international or expedited shipping costs.  We will contact you with the total cost of your order before charging your card or shipping your materials, as below:

INTERNATIONAL orders, please explicitly state in the "Order Notes" section whether you prefer air mail or surface shipping.  We will then email you with the total cost of your order (including shipping), and wait for your approval.

FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING,  we will contact you by email with the total cost of your order, including the shipping method you have chosen.  We will wait for your approval of these charges before processing your order.

EMAIL  ADDRESSES and PHONE NUMBERS:  PLEASE enter a working email address that you check regularly, and a phone number, so we can contact you if there is a problem with your order, OR if you need International or Expedited shipping (as above).

RETURN POLICY

You may return a product within thirty (30) days of its being shipped to you, if it is:
• Damaged or defective
• Not what you ordered and in unopened and resellable condition (see below)

To make a return:

-- First, contact Meru Customer Service within 30 days by sending email to:

or by calling us at
     781-784-3462 (Massachusetts area)

-- Please have the following information available.  (Include this information in your email):
• Invoice number
• Name and address
• Email address (if you have one)
• Phone number
• Product name
• Reason for return

-- Contact us before returning your purchase.  We will assign a Return Authorization Number, and tell you where to send it. This varies by product. 

-- The item must be unopened, unless you are returning something that is defective. 

“Unopened” means, for example, that video shrink wrapping and CD edge seals are intact.

“Defective” means, for example, CD’s that don’t play, videos with bad picture or sound, or unopened product that was damaged in shipment.  If your product appears to be defective, please describe the defect when contacting us. 

-- Enclose the merchandise and the original packing slip/invoice in a sturdy package (preferably the original package), and return as per instructions from Customer Service.

We will credit your account upon receipt of the returned item.

Please note that we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges, and you are responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. We are unable to accept COD returns, or items returned without authorization.
